DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

RACE OFFICERS AND TITLES:

Hank Stuart: Race Management Consultant (RMC) pre event, not on site event.

Wayne Bretsch: Race Management Consultant (RMC) pre-event and on site event.

Jay Kehoe: Principal Race Officer (PRO)

Tom Stalder: Race Officer (RO)

Hal Smith: Race Officer (RO)

 

Clubs providing Race Committee support:

  1. Rochester YC: Alpha Course – IRC and 8 Metres
  2. Sodus Bay YC: Bravo Course – PHRF
  3. Oswego YC: Charlie Course – J/24 and other one design classes

PROTEST COMMITTEE:

Frederick Crabbe: USA Judge

Larry Sill: USA Judge

Kathy Dyer: IJ/ Canada Judge

Protests from the long distance races Centennial, Founders and Freeman will be heard on Thursday.

CENTENNIAL CUP:

Wayne Bretsch will start the race at Rochester on Tuesday July 31.

FOUNDER’S CUP:

Either Tom Stalder or Hal Smith will start the race at HHYC on Tuesday July 31
